The OPC UA to DDS Bridge runs exclusively on Linux. Thanks to the AppImage format, it should easily install and run on any recent Linux distribution.

The shared C++ library that allows you to write DDS applications that perform requests of OPC UA Services through the OPC UA to DDS Bridge is presently only available on Linux (amd64). Porting to other architectures (win, arm) is ongoing.

The “Expose” and “Complete” licenses open up access to a containerized docker version of the OPC UA to DDS Gateway, easy to deploy and offering a great scaling opportunity if needed.

All these licenses are “floating” licenses and so are available for a given number of running instances. Following these instances currently requires the OPC UA to DDS Bridge and the DDS applications using the Services library to be able to connect to the Internet in order to synchronize with an external license server.
